Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0 Gold Award
The Gingoog City Water District (GCWD) is deeply honored and grateful to have received the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Report Card Survey (RCS) 2.0 Gold Award, with an “Excellent” rating.
The RCS 2.0, developed in partnership with the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), and other oversight agencies, plays a crucial role in evaluating how government institutions uphold and implement their Citizens Charter (CC), a key instrument in promoting transparency, accountability and quality public service.
Out of 868 agencies surveyed and inspected nationwide, the Gingoog City Water District proudly ranked 8th overall, a testament to our commitment to efficient, people-centered and excellent service delivery.
